Welcome to Untangled Massage, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our massage therapy services, website, and any related bookings or communications (collectively, the “Services”). By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional massage therapy. All services are provided by trained professionals and are intended for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
2. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Client Responsibilities

By receiving services, you agree that:

1. You will provide accurate and complete health information
2. You will inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or discomfort
3. You understand that massage therapy is not a replacement for medical treatment
4. You will behave respectfully and appropriately at all times

Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Health & Safety

1. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to injuries, pregnancy, or chronic illnesses
2. We reserve the right to refuse service if massage is deemed unsafe
3. You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with massage therapy

5. Payment Terms

1. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon
2. We accept cash only at this time
3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice

6. Refund Policy

1. Services rendered are non-refundable
2. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us during or immediately after your session so we can address your concerns

7. Professional Boundaries

1. All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual
2. Any inappropriate conduct, requests, or comments will result in immediate termination of services and possible refusal of future appointments

9. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with massage therapy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untangled Massage, LLC and its therapists are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the Services.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information collected is used solely to provide safe and effective services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts
